For 20+ years, I built a career leading people, culture, and experiences. The part of my work I loved most? Any time I had the mic.
Facilitating growth, guiding conversations, and helping people discover new insights has always been at the heart of my work. Whether I’m leading workshops, moderating panels, or hosting corporate events, I thrive when I’m leading the room and creating meaningful connection and momentum that continues long after the session ends. People often stop to share how inspired they feel or to ask when I’ll be back again, which reminds me why I love this work so much.
